At Cultivact, we partner with visionary organisations to design, strengthen, and scale cultural initiatives across the globe.

Client:
The Executive Office of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Sharjah, UAE

Commissioned to establish a non-profit dedicated to children’s film and media, we developed the organisation’s mission, vision, and governance structure, and recruited its founding team. We built partnerships with schools to integrate educational outreach, designed the festival programme framework, and secured sponsorships through targeted proposals. The resulting organisation was positioned to host the Arab region’s premier international children’s film festival, serving as a platform for creative storytelling, youth engagement, and cultural exchange.

Client: FANN Media Discovery Platform, Sharjah, UAE

We partnered with FANN Media Discovery Platform to strategically expand the festival’s reach and capacity. Our work included securing international collaborations, recruiting a high-profile jury, and delivering training in programming, project management, technical planning, and human resource development. These interventions strengthened artistic credibility, streamlined operations, and enhanced the festival’s standing as a leading platform for children’s media in the region.

Client: National Youth Theatre New Zealand

We conducted a comprehensive review of the theatre’s donor engagement, analysed giving patterns, and identified growth opportunities. We developed a multi-tiered fundraising strategy with an implementation roadmap, donor communications plan, and special events calendar. The strategy aligned fundraising activities with the organisation’s artistic vision, fostering deeper donor relationships and strengthening long-term financial sustainability.

Client: British Council

We delivered a four-day training program for arts managers from Nepal and South Asia, focusing on marketing strategies, institutional growth, and audience development. Participants explored case studies, engaged in practical exercises, and created tailored marketing plans for their organisations. The training fostered peer learning and provided actionable tools to increase visibility, sustainability, and community connection.

Client: UNESCO

Engaged by UNESCO, we trained master trainers to lead a national program integrating arts into schools across Pakistan. The training covered arts-based pedagogy, community engagement, event design, and inclusive practices. Participants developed strategies to boost school attendance, celebrate student achievements, and position schools as cultural hubs within their communities.

Client: The Little Art

We conducted a feasibility study for a dual-purpose cultural centre, operating as an evening venue for performances and workshops, and a daytime early childhood education space for underprivileged children. Our work included market research, stakeholder engagement, spatial planning, and financial modelling. The centre launched successfully and now serves as a vibrant hub for creativity, learning, and community life.
